Moe isn't trapped in Finx's pyramid anymore! He is finally a good brawlerπ. (Please upvote & read all of the text below) :)

Dodgy Digging
Moe digs up some 'borrowed' goods, increasing his Super charge rate by 50% for 5 seconds.

Skipping Stones
Moe's basic attacks bounce one more time. The range of the attack remains the same.

Damage
Deal 15% extra Damage when your Brawler is below 50% Health.

Shield
Gain extra 900 Health as a consumable Shield. The shield regenerates in 10 seconds, when at full health.
Guide
(Introduction)This is the optimal guide on how to play, master, and get tier max Moe.
Moe has been my dream brawler for a long time. When I first was introduced to the game by my brothers, I remember watching the SpongeBob Brawl Talk (when Moe came out) and raced to be the first to get him in my family. But months after unlocking him, I soon forgot about this brawler. Luckily, one day, as I was watching YouTube, I saw a Snake Thug video "He's Back," (See below) on the huge 25% reload speed Moe buff, which made his 11 nerfs undivulged. The buff had made him a amazing pick in most modes, a complete change from what he was after all those brutal nerfs. I had already had him maxed out, so I did not need to grind coins for this build. I then decided to main this brawler, and because I had already had some experience with other damage dealers/assassins, I was very good with him, and he matched my playstyle perfectly. (Moe backstory, information, and more)Moe is a Mythic Brawler who has moderate health, a normal reload speed, a damage output varying on how many stones hit, a long range, and a fast movement speed. In his drill form, he has a very fast movement speed, a very high damage output, and a short range, he can also speed up his driller using his driller's main attack. Moe's normal form attacks by throwing a rock that breaks into 4 smaller stones split in all directions, which then breaks a second time on impact and shoots 4 more small stones in all directions. His Super makes him drill under the ground in a direction of the players choice, transforming him into his drill form, damaging enemies while moving underground, and knocking back and damaging enemies in a large radius when he surfaces. Moe's drill form attacks with a continuous drill at a short range. Using his Super while in his drill form transforms him back into his normal form. He is a blind rat who was adopted by Grom and is on Starr Park's maintenance team, but he sometimes makes a mess, much to Ash's dismay.(Build)Gadget: "Dodgy Digging"
"Dodgy Digging" makes Moe more viable to charge his super, the 50% super charge rate for 5 seconds helps Moe get an easy super and then he can easily assassinate enemy brawlers with it. Although the other gadget is good for opening up the map, this gadget is much better in most situations.Star Power: "Skipping Stones"
This star power makes high damage easy, and is also viable for charging his broken super. With the reload speed buff, his can spam his main attack on enemies and shred their health if they're not careful. This star power is a better pick than the other one, although the speed from the other star power is huge, the damage is always better.Gears: "Shield", "Damage"
Although gears are mostly based on opinion, I recommend "Shield "and "Damage" for this brawler. The damage gear makes his damage go up by 150 per stone, which may not seem like much at first, but can be a huge difference when it comes to eliminating enemies. And the "shield" gear is also a viable pick on this brawler, it allows him to survive tough situations like other teams hypercharges and is very good in combination with the damage gear.(Pro tips)Autoaim his super if you do not want to go farther then the enemy.
The star power allows him to deal 4000 damage when hitting the center of an enemy, which is very useful when trying to defeat Edgars, Kits, and power cube boxes.
Use the super knockback as an advantage for when they're about to score, and when you are trying to score.
If you have ran out of ammo but have his super, you can use his super to regain all 3 ammo.
Target slow brawlers (tanks especially) and press your gadget and attack for an easy super.
Take advantage of Moe's small hitbox and use it to avoid attacks, supers, and even gadgets.
If brawlers are running at you, press the gadget and try to super away, if that does not work, try running near other brawlers so that the enemy targets them instead of you.
Wait until enemy brawlers are low health or you are at high health to use your super, as many brawlers can shut down Moe easily once he uses his super on them. (Showdown with Power cubes is an exception)(How to counter)If you are having trouble countering Moe, run at him, Moe players are used to enemies running away from him, due to his high burst damage, and the enemy will be caught off guard. If you are playing showdown with Edgar, Kit, Mico, or any other brawler that can jump on (or teleport to) Moe, run behind the safety of a wall and charge your super so that the Moe can do nothing against you, and then jump on him and get a free kill. Always remember that if the Moe has his super (the flashing circle at the bottom of Moe shows you if he does) never to jump, as his super is extremely broken against assassins and other brawlers that may try to attack him at a close range.(More)Sub to KevyChess on YouTube (My friend)
Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed learning about my favorite brawler!

Game Modes

Brawl Ball
His super is useful for scoring goals because after you super, your super button will come back (To bail out of Drill form) and you can use it on the Brawl Ball to power up your shot and score an easy goal. The knock-back of the super also makes it much easier to score goals on the enemy team because they will be knock away from the goal, allowing you to walk it into the goal.

Showdown
Run towards the middle of the map for power cubes and play aggressive towards tanks and other high health brawlers, but watch out for brawlers that counter you. You can sneak up on snipers like Piper using your super, as long as they do not have theirs.

Hot Zone
You can play him on most Hot Zone maps, even though it is not his best mode, you can still make him very useful by countering artilleries and shutting down enemy tanks. He is also good for applying chip damage to take down low health brawlers.

Gem Grab
Moe is very good in this mode, as his high damage and fast movement speed allow him to shred enemy brawlers with quick succession. His drill also allows him to easily assassinate enemy gem-carriers and allows him to flee if he is the gem-carry. He can also shut down lanes that other brawlers on his team cannot win. The star power allows him to shred tanks, who tend to be played a lot in this mode.
Works Well With

Cordelius
You can use the cancelation gadget to shut down brawlers that counter Moe and allow him to assassinate the enemy team. His super can also take Moe counters, to the shadow realm Moe so that Moe can stay alive and shred through the enemy team.

Shelly
Her super, like Pearl's, can shut down Edgars, Kits, and other jumping brawlers easily. If you play these two brawlers in any game mode, Moe will not have any big counters. Shelly can shut down Jackie easily, who can be a Moe counter with her speed gadget.

Pearl
She can easily shut down jumping brawlers with her super, making Moe much more viable to counter the enemy team. She can also open up the map to give Moe more rage for advantage on close range brawlers. She also does not have many counters, so she can support Moe until he dies.

Lily
Assassinate enemy brawlers that Moe can't take down. She is great for sneaking up on people and taking advantage of her super to take down Edgars and Kits. If you use the "Repot" gadget and the Moe does not have his super, you can jump onto enemy throwers that may counter Moe. If you prefer the "Shadow Realm" gadget you can use it to sneak up on enemy Moe counters and assassinate them.
